Part‑Time Registered Nurse (RN Supervisor)

About the Role

Patriot Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Part‑Time Registered Nurse (RN Supervisor) to provide clinical oversight for our non‑medical home care clients. This role is ideal for an RN who wants flexible hours, meaningful work, and the opportunity to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Northern Virginia community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct caregiver competency evaluations

• Complete supervisory visits every 90 days

• Review and approve client service plans

• Provide caregiver coaching and corrective guidance

• Document all supervisory activities

• Participate in quality improvement efforts

• Communicate changes in client condition to the Administrator

• Ensure compliance with Virginia home care regulations

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia

• At least 1 year of experience in home care, geriatrics, or community health

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Reliable transportation for local travel

• Ability to work independently and professionally

• Must pass background checks

Schedule & Compensation

• Part‑time / Flexible hours

• Supervisory visits scheduled based on client needs

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Independent contractor (1099) position
